The FY-0B-08 pipeline ring seam welding machine is fixed with a tube, and the welding car crawls independently to achieve the pipeline welding. The welding process uses high-efficiency, low-cost CO₂ gas protection welding (GMAW), and welding wire options include solid wire or flux-cored wire. The entire welding process is more rational, and the operation is more humane. It adheres to the pipeline by magnetic force and automatically crawls along the welding channel during welding. It is very convenient to install, use, and remove quickly. For the welding of stainless steel or pipes that cannot be magnetically adsorbed, another track is required, and the track specifications are customized according to the welding needs.

The pipe fixation and welded car walk through the way to achieve automatic welding (5G welding) in the pipeline. The welding process uses high-efficiency, low-cost carbon dioxide gas or hybrid gas protection (80% argon + 20% carbon dioxide).

1. Applicable Work Conditions:

Pipe diameter can be 150mm or more, and the wall thickness is greater than 5mm. Thick-wall tubes can use multi-layer and multi-channel welding.

The design is lightweight and easy to carry. The permanent magnet adsorption is especially suitable for welding the entire pipeline at the construction site.

5. Wireless Remote Control:
Wireless remote control presets welding parameters. During welding, it can be fine-tuned in real time according to working conditions. The operation is simple, and labor intensity is low.

6. Welding Efficiency:
Fast speed, high production efficiency, and handmade arc welding can be increased by about 3-4 times.
